Decree No. 365

The Ministry of Agriculture will grant import permits for vegetables. Replace art. 86 of Decree No. 83.732.

CONSIDERING:

That in order to expedite the processing of the files in which franchises are requested to the plant import regime, it is advisable to agree to the Ministry of Agriculture the power to resolve them directly, especially if it is taken into account that they generally refer to perceivable articles;

That franchises may only be agreed upon when the needs of the country ' s supply are required and provided that the sanitary precautions are adopted pursuant to Law 4048 and its Rule Decree No. 83.732 of June 3, 1936.

For this reason and the proposal of S.E. the Minister Secretary of State in the Department of Agriculture,

The President of the Argentine Nation,

Decrete:

Article 1.- Replace rule 86 of Decree No. 83.732 of June 3, 1936 with the following: "Release the Ministry of Agriculture to resolve cases in respect of this regulation that have not been provided for in the same regulation and agree on franchises of a general or special character provided that the needs of the domestic market impose it and do not devise the health contract."

Art. 2°- This decree will be endorsed by the Ministers Secretary of State in the Departments of Agriculture, Finance and Foreign Affairs and Worship.

Art. 3. Contact, post, give to the Directorate General of the National Register and return to the Ministry of Agriculture for its purposes.
