WHY:
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., sanction with force
LEY:
ARTICLE 1 - Replace the text of articles 1 and 2 of Act No. 9511 on non-payment of salaries, pensions and pensions, which read as follows:
"Article 1 - They are not subject to embargo, nor can they be alienated, nor affected to third parties by any law, wages, pensions and pensions that do not exceed M$ 1,000, with the saving of quotas for food and litisexpenses, which must be fixed within a minimum that allows the subsistence of the feeder."
"Article 2 - Wages, salaries, pensions and pensions exceeding one thousand pesos per month may be charged only in the proportion that establishes the following scale, even if the transfer or constitution of rights is verified for its full value:
(a) Over 1,000 and up to 2,000 pesos per cent of the monthly amount;
(b) More than 2,000 and up to 3,000 pesos 10 percent of the monthly amount;
(c) Over 3,000 and up to 5,000 pesos 15 per cent of the monthly amount;
d) More than 5,000 pesos up to 20% of the monthly amount."
ARTICLE 2° - Default of article 4 of Act 9511.

Given in the meeting room of the Argentine Congress, in Buenos Aires, twenty days from the month of June of the year thousand nine hundred and fifty-eight.
