WHY:
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc., strongly sanction LEY: ARTICLE 1 el Replace Article 7 of Law 13.337, as amended by Law 14.172, with the following:Article 7 . These pensions will be compatible with another salary, retirement, liquid income or any other income or assistance from the National State, provincial or foreign States, or from their municipalities, autocarchic entities or social insurance boxes, when they do not exceed them together, for each beneficiary of two thousand five hundred pesos ($2,500) national currency per month.
ARTICLE 2 O Replace article 10 (a) of Law 13.337 with the following:Subparagraph (a) If it were different pensions on the basis of the same causator, agreed to different awards on an individual basis, the total pensions shall not exceed two thousand five hundred pesos national currency per month. If exceeded, the existence of each beneficiary will be reduced proportionally.
ARTICLE 3o O Replace paragraph 1 of Article 7 of Decree Law 17.923, ratified by Law 12.921 and amended by Law 14.172 by the following:Article 7 . Ex-national legislators' awards will enjoy a $3,000 per month pension. For each year that exceeds the two in exercise of the mandate, the pension will be increased at $250, but as a whole it will not exceed $6,000 for the awards of the same person.
These pensions will be compatible with another salary, retirement, rent or any other income or assistance from the National State, provincial or foreign States, or from its municipalities, autocarchic entities or social insurance boxes, when the same and the other resources do not exceed $6000.
ARTICLE 4o O Expenditures for compliance with this Act shall be charged to article 3 of Act No. 13.478. ARTICLE 5o O Contact the Executive.Given in the meeting room of the Argentine Congress, Buenos Aires, 28 September 1958.
