PENSION VITALICIA TO THE FIRST CONSCRIPTION LEY N° 14.125 Sanctioned: July-5-1952

The Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress sanction with the force of
LEY:
ARTICLE 1— As such, the survivors of the first conscription of the Argentine Army, carried out in 1896, under Act No. 3,318 of November of 1895, are entitled to a life pension under the terms of section 2.
ARTICLE 2°— The beneficiaries will receive monthly: The Chiefs and Officers, three hundred pesos national currency ($300.00); the Sergeants, Corporals and Soldiers, two hundred and fifty pesos national currency ($250.00).
ARTICLE 3°— Expenditures for the execution of this Act shall be paid out of general income, unless budgeted.
