WHY:
The Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, assembled in Congress, sanction with force
LEY:
ARTICLE 1 - Approve the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and the Argentine Republic.
ARTICLE 2- Believe the Embassy of the Republic in Japan, based in Tokyo.
Article 3- Contact the Executive.
Given in the meeting room of the Argentine Congress, in Buenos Aires, on the twenty-seventh day of the month of August of the year a thousand nine hundred and fifty-two.
