WHY:
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, sanction with force
LEY:
ARTICLE 1 - Créase the Río Pilcomayo National Park in the national territory of Formosa, whose limits will be: to the Northwest the southern arm of the Pilcomayo River to its intersection with the north arm of the same river; to the Northeast and East the Pilcomayo River to its mouth in the Paraguay River, and to the south to the mouth of the Black river; to the South and Southeast the Black river to its intersection
ARTICLE 2 The Rio Pilcomayo National Park will be located in all its extension, within the security zones of the Nation, thus facilitating compliance with the provisions of Decree 15.385/44 (Law 12.913) in article 4o.

Given in the meeting room of the Argentine Congress, in Buenos Aires, twenty-nine days of the month of September of a thousand nine hundred and fifty-one.
