SANCIONAN WITH FORCE OF LEY.

Article 1.- It is established that everything determined by law 13.064 of public works, with respect to the strengthening of national titles or bonds, of the proposals or of the fulfillment of the contracts, is extensive with the same formalities and scope to provincial or municipal titles and bonds, provided that such values have official quotes in the Buenos Aires Trade Exchange.
