ARTICLE 1. - Approve the change of reversal notes, signed in the city of Buenos Aires on September 19, 1946, by which the establishment of diplomatic, commercial and consular relations between the Argentine Republic and the government of the People's Federal Republic of Yugoslavia is decided, subscribed for its excellence, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship, Dr. Juan Atilio Bramuglia, and his Excellency Mr. General Ljunipotencia Ilicrio,
