WHY:
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation gathered in Congress, etc., sanction with force
LEY:
ARTICLE 1 Except for the payment of stamp tax and any other tax, fee or contribution, the administrative and judicial arrangements necessary to obtain the recognition of exceptions to military service, as well as the documentation required. If the exception is denied, the judge will decide whether to inestimate the payment of the corresponding charges.
ARTICLE 2°. - The waiver shall be applied retroactively to the judicial and administrative arrangements that have been decided favourably or in progress at the date of the sanction of this law, and the fines imposed for non-payment of the respective taxes are condoned.
In no case will the application of this law lead to tax refunds or fines.
