OF PASES LIBRES TO CIEGENTS IN INTERURBAN TERRITORIES

ARTICLE 1. As a result of the regulation of this Act, any indigent blind person may travel free of charge in the interurban land transports of passengers belonging to the Nation, for which he shall be granted passage, without charge, whenever requested.
ARTICLE 2. - To travel free of charge in the urban transports of passengers belonging to the Nation, any indigent blind will be granted free pass upon request.
ARTICLE 3. The Executive Branch shall regulate this law, especially with regard to how to check blindness and destitution.
