ARTICLE 1- Please provide an additional (2%) to the tax established by Decree No. 18.231/1943, ratified by Law 12.922, for the integration of a support fund to the racetracks all over the country, which will be distributed in accordance with the regulations governing the executive branch. This additional may be deducted by mutual gambling agencies, without incurring the surcharge provided for by law No. 11.242.

The undistributed annual balance, the executive branch will allocate it to social aid works.

ARTICLE 2- The Executive Power is authorized to proceed with the sale of property owned by the National State which is not affected by services linked to the public administration, institutions or social aid agency, and in such cases must establish its value, subject to the advice of the technical units of the Ministry of Public Works and the National Mortgages Bank. The production of such sales must enter general income.

The Executive Power shall promptly account for operations under the provisions of this Article
