Arrangements for Flights About Argentine Territory Act No. 13.345 Sanctioned: September 28 - 1948.

WHY:
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., sanction, with force of
LEY:
ARTICLE 1 — Aircraft flight activity on Argentine territory and its jurisdictional waters is restricted in the areas of risk, danger zones and prohibited flight zones.
ARTICLE 2° — Consider "risk zones" where there are visible dangers, whether geographically inaccessible, or do not have the proper facilities for the aircraft. Overflight of risk zones shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations established by the Executive.
ARTICLE 3° — Consider "danger zones" where there are invisible dangers for aircraft. The executive branch shall determine the "danger zones", which may not be overrated but during the time granted by the authority having jurisdiction over them, to whom its airspace is reserved.
ARTICLE 4° — "Prohibited flight zones" are considered by the executive branch, on which no aircraft may fly, except those of the State of a public nature, previously authorized.
ARTICLE 5° — The Executive Power may proceed to the temporary or final withdrawal of the licences and certificates of the navigating staff, for any infringements that may be committed to the provisions of this Act and its regulations. It may also impose fines of 200 to 10,000 pesso national currency on the owner of the aircraft, with which the offence is committed.
