Article 1.- Declárase national holiday on August 12, in commemoration of the glorious days of Reconquest and Defense.
Article 2°- Contact the Executive.
Given in the session hall of the Argentine Congress, on the nine days of the month of August of the year thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
