Article 1. - Approve the agreement on road linking signed by the Executive Power with the Government of Bolivia, in this Capital, on February 6, 1942.

Art. 2.o - Authorize the Executive to:

1.o - Advancing the National Road Authority, the amount necessary to deal with the studies referred to in article I of the Convention, under the conditions set out in the same article;

2.o - Advancing the Government of Bolivia to the sum of $10,000 national currency, in the form and conditions stipulated in the aforementioned agreement;

3.o - To apportion the Government of Bolivia, under the same conditions and with the same guarantees set out in the Articles 2.o and 4.o of the Convention, the amounts necessary for the continuation of the road to Tarija, and, subsequently, the road to Potosí, if the cost of the works exceeds the amounts set out in Article 2.o of the Convention.

Art. 3.o - Authorize the Executive, to carry out the financial operations that it deems appropriate for the fulfillment of this law.

Art. 4.o - Contact the executive branch.
