Approving agreement with the prov. of Cordoba on electrical energy exploitation, Río Tercero. WHY:
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., sanction with force
LEY:
Article 1. Approve the agreement entered into on October 4, 1940 between the government of the Nation and that of the province of Córdoba, provided that the latter accepts the following full provision: "The available balance referred to in Article 3.° of the agreement, shall not be delivered or yielded, in any case, to companies, associations or individuals, either in whole or in part, by means of the province of Cordoba, to be exploited by cooperatives, or by means of public.
