Law:

LEY DE COLOMBOFILIA

ARTICLE 1 — The collombophilia is a sporting activity based on competencies with career messenger pigeons.

ARTICLE 2 For the purposes of this law, it is understood as collombophilia to the set of activities aimed at the breeding, education, training and improvement of the career messenger pigeon for sports purposes.

ARTICLE 3 — It is considered a courier pigeon of career, the subspecies of the Brazilian dove (Columba Livia), with particular conditions in terms of its phenotype and development of its natural dotes of orientation, which allow it to return to its dove (natural habitat) from great distances and fly in uninterrupted normal conditions to reach its destination.

ARTICLE 4 The Argentine Colombófila Federation must note the year of birth and registration that determines its membership in the National Register of Development and Potential Colombófilo.

ARTICLE 5 — The authority to implement this law is the Ministry of Social Development, through the Ministry of Sport. The National Food Health and Quality Service or the agencies designated for this purpose will also be involved.

ARTICLE 6 Default of Decree 17.160/43 ratified by law 12.913.

ARTICLE 7 Invite the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to accede to this law.

ARTICLE 8 — Contact the national executive branch.
