ARTICLE 2° — The property that is transferred will be destined to the execution of the program of restructuring and systematization of the road and landscape of the southern access of the city of San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca, as a complement to the construction of the Avenida de Circunvalación empalmando Ruta Nacional No 38 with Ruta Nacional No 33 and the construction of the system of urban drains South of the city.
ARTICLE 3° — A period of ten (10) years for the fulfilment of what is imposed in the previous article, which expires, without the mediating observance, the domain of the property subject of the present shall be reversed in favour of the national State.
ARTICLE 4° — The costs incurred by the transfer provided for in article 1 shall be borne by the beneficiary.
ARTICLE 5° — The National Executive Power within one hundred and twenty (120) days counted since the promulgation of the present will proceed to carry out all the relevant procedures to write the available transfer.
