ARTICLE 1 — Agree to the Convention of the Republic of Armenia and the International Organization for Latin America, signed in Buenos Aires on 26 August 2009, which consists of VEINTIUN (21) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.
ARTICLE 2° — Contact the national executive branch.
