INMUEBLES Ley 26.448 Transfer a property owned by the National State in favor of the Municipality of Viale, Distrito Quebracho, Department Paraná, of the province of Entre Ríos. Sanctioned: December 3, 2008 Cast: January 5, 2009

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Transfer free of charge in favor of the Municipality of Viale, Distrito Quebracho, Department Paraná, province of Entre Ríos, the domain of the property owned by the national state included between the streets: the NORESTE Avenida San Martín, the SURESTE calle Sovereign Nacional, the SUROESTE railway zone, and the NOROESTE calle Dr. Martín Panutto; Matrix 142.639, registered on 09/02/1983, and the road sector between Avenida San Martín, calle Panutto, Calle Soberanía Nacional and the roundabout intersection with Francisco Ramírez Street; except for an area of three thousand 147 square meters transferred according to the conditions established in Law No. 6323/71 and Decree No. 1693/71 to the Provincial.

ARTICLE 2 The transfer provided for in the preceding article is made from the fact that the beneficiary will discard the property to the construction of a cultural, recreational and sports centre, and the extension and opening of streets.

Article 3 The costs required by this law shall be borne by the beneficiary.

ARTICLE 4 The national executive branch shall carry out the relevant procedures with the concessionaire to fulfil the objectives of this law. It shall also take the necessary measures to conclude with the respective transfer within the time of NOVENTA (90) days of entry into force of this law.
