The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Amend article 1 of Act No. 24,374, which shall read as follows:

Article 1: The benefits of this law shall be enjoyed by the occupants who, with lawful cause, accredit public, peaceful and continuous possession for three years prior to 1 January 2009 in respect of urban building properties that have as their main destination the single and permanent room house, and meet the characteristics provided for in the regulation.
