The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation gathered in Congress, etc. strongly sanctioned by Law:

MODIFICATION TO THE DECRETO LEY 1285/58 ON THE ORGANIZATION OF NATIONAL JUSTICE

ARTICLE 1 Insert the following paragraph into article 7 of Decree-Law 1285/58:

From that time on, a period of three years should be spent in the exercise of the post as a condition for the application of a competitive examination for another court, or for the removal of a cow that implies the abandonment of the function being performed. This provision is not applicable to those who have sworn as subrogative judges.
