The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Take a break for trade employees on September 26 of each year, commemorating the "Day of the Trade Employee".

ARTICLE 2 On that day, trade employees will not lend jobs, associating themselves to national trade fairs for all legal purposes.

Article 3 Contact the national executive branch.
