The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 . Declárase National Historical Monument to the Church and Convent "San Francisco", located at the intersection of the streets Belgrano and Lavalle, of the city of San Salvador de Jujuy department Dr. Manuel Belgrano, province of Jujuy, in accordance with the provisions of laws 12,665 and 24.252.

ARTICLE 2 The Executive Power, through the appropriate agency, will take the necessary measures for the preservation and promotion of the Monument.
