The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Amend article 9 of Act No. 20,744 (t. 1976), Labour Contracts Act, and its amendments, which shall read as follows: Article 9 In the event of doubt about the application of legal or conventional rules, the most favourable to the worker shall prevail, considering the rule or set of rules governing each of the institutions of the right to work.

If the doubt arises in the interpretation or scope of the law, or in the estimation of the evidence in specific cases, the judges or those responsible for applying it shall be decided in the most favourable sense to the worker.
