ARTICLE 1 Transfer free of charge to the province of Entre Ríos, a fraction of sixteen thousand eight hundred three square meters with sixty-eight square decimeters (16,803.68 m2) of the property located on Pedro Goyena s/n Street, of the town of Villaguay, province of Entre Ríos, whose domain is inscribed under No. 669; Fo 818/822, Volume 12 of date 13/08/58 - Dominio The transferring fraction contains as improvements a house of 103 m2 covered, a gallon of 398 m2 covered and a 200 m2 semi-covered tingling and forms part of a fraction greater than twenty-four thousand six hundred sixty-six square meters with sixty-eight square decimeters (24,666.68 m2), which is identified as apple No. 550 fraction "A", apple No. 549, apple No.

ARTICLE 2 The transfer provided for in the present Act is made from the fact that the province of Entre Ríos disposes of the property at the establishment of the Entre Ríos Prison Training Institute, and, in case of non-compliance, the property shall be restored to the national State in full.

Article 3 The translative writing of dominion will be carried out by the General Registry of Government of the Nation within the NOVENTA (90) days from the promulgation of the present law, with the precondition of the necessary messura and delinde planes and their registration in the corresponding registries.

ARTICLE 4 The expenses required by this transfer shall be exclusive to the province of Entre Ríos.
