TRANSFER OF AN INMUEBLE TO THE PROVINCIA OF ENTRE RIOS

ARTICLE 1 Please transfer to the province of Entre Ríos for free, the property of the national State located in Colonia Ensayo, Salto district, Diamante department, Entre Ríos province, with an extension of ninety-two (92) hectares and seventy-four (74) areas and eighty-two (82) centiáreas, registered with No. 520, property 2916, folio 613, book 24 of the Property Registry. ARTICLE 2 The transfer provided for in the preceding article is carried out from the public health service of the province of Entre Ríos, which administers and leads the Hospital Dr. Enrique Fidanza. Article 3 The Executive Power shall take the measures, relevant to the purpose of concluding the transfer in the term SESENTA (60) days of entry into force of this law.
