The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation gathered

in Congress, etc.

Law:

ARTICLE 1 Article 8 of Act No. 23,466 and its amendments are repealed.

ARTICLE 2 s Replace Article 2 (b) of Law No. 23,466 and its amendments to the following:

(b) Children, parents and/or siblings who are in a position of incapacity for work and who do not perform any lucrative activity or enjoy retirement, pension, retirement or non-contributory benefit.

Article 3 Contact the national executive branch.
