ARTICLE 1 Créanse CINCO (5) national courts of first instance in the Commercial of the Federal Capital, which will operate with DOS (2) Secretariats each, which will be individualized with the numbers VEINTISIETE (27) to TREINTA and UNO (31) respectively. ARTICLE 2 Refer to the charges of a judge of first instance, a secretary of first instance, administrative and service personnel detailed in annex I to this Act. Article 3 The cases entering the commercial jurisdiction shall be distributed in accordance with the agreed decision of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. ARTICLE 4 The Council of the Magistracy shall transmit the lists of candidates to the national executive branch, through the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, within the VEINTE (120) days of the publication of the present. ARTICLE 5o This law shall be implemented once the budgetary provision is made for the attention of the expenditure required by its object, which shall be charged to the budget of the Judiciary of the Nation. ARTICLE 6 Judges, officials and employees who are appointed to serve in the judicial bodies shall only take possession of their respective positions when the above-established financial condition is given.
