ARTICLE 1 Determining public utility and subject to expropriation the following properties located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, owned by the French Philanthropic and Beneficent Association, for the National Institute of Social Services for Retired and Pensioned:

(a) Unbeatable sito in the predio delimited by the streets General Urquiza without number, delimited by the streets La Rioja No 949/951/955, United States No 3076/3078/3080 and Carlos Calvo No 3087/3099, Tuition 8-5856 Catastral nomenclature: Circumscription 8, Section 30, Apple 66, Plot 0.

(b) Nice seat on Dr Avenue. Honorio Pueyrredón No 1116/1118/1124, between Avenida Gaona and Calle Antezana, Matrix 15-79588. Catastral Nomenclature: Circumscription 15, Section 47, Apple 26, Plot 2A.

(c) Unbeatable sito en calle 24 de Noviembre No 865 corner United States No 3231, Matrix 8-5963. Catastral Nomenclature: Circumscription 8, Section 30, Apple 41, Plot 1P.

(d) Property located on Calle Emilio Mitre No 688, between Campana Street and Avenida Directory, Matrix 6-6682, Nomenclature Catastral: Circumscription 6, Section 40, Apple 6, Plot 13.

(e) Inmueble located in La Rioja Street No 1011/1013, between the streets Carlos Calvo and Humberto Primero, Matrix 8-4785. Catastral Nomenclature: Circumscription 8, Section 30, Apple 65, Plot 1C.

ARTICLE 2 Determine of public utility and subject to expropriation, the movable property owned by the French Philanthropic and Charity Association, existing in the properties mentioned in Article 1o, which are detailed in the Annex attached to the present.

Article 3 Authorize the National Executive Branch, pursuant to the preceding articles, to transfer under any title or modality to the National Institute of Social Services for Jubilee and Pensionee the assets specified in Articles 1 and 2 of the present Law, and must keep the National Institute of Social Services for Jubilee and Pensionee of any claim arising from the provisions of this Law.

ARTICLE 4 The price of assets subject to expropriation shall be determined in accordance with article 13 of Act No. 21.499.

ARTICLE 5o The total amount of compensation corresponding to the expropriation of the goods referred to in Articles 1 and 2 of this Law shall be deposited entirely in the Caratulated Selfs Association Francesa Filantrópica y de Beneficencia s/concurso provisional, Expediente No 052979, en proceso ante el Juzgado Nacional de Primera Insta en lo Comercial No 20, Secretaría No 39, de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

ARTICLE 6 Please provide the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers with the necessary budgetary adjustments in order to comply with the above provisions.

ARTICLE 7 Contact the national executive branch.
