Law:

ARTICLE 1 Transfer free of charge to the Municipality of Presidente Roque Sáenz Peña, province of Chaco, the plot of land whose Catalan nomenclature is: Circumscription I, Section C, Manzana 17, Plot 4; on streets Julio A. Roca and Arribálzaga, of the Ensanche Sud, Department Commander Fernández, province of Chaco.

ARTICLE 2 The transfer provided for in the preceding article is carried out with the effect that the beneficiary within the period of EZ (10) years disposes of the land to loteo and urbanization for its best development, and, in the event of non-compliance, the property shall be restored to the national State in full.

Article 3 The translative writing of dominion will be carried out before the General Government of the Nation.

ARTICLE 4 The expenses required by this transfer will be exclusively charged by the Municipality of Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña.
