FOR CORRIENT PROVISIONS,

THE PROVINCIPLE OF SANTA FE

ARTICLE 1 Replace article 45 of Act No. 26.020, which shall read as follows:

Article 45: The LLP Trust Fund for Residential Consumption Grants is intended to finance:

(a) The acquisition of LPG in containers (garrafas and cylinders) for low-income users.

(b) The expansion of transport branches, distribution and household networks of natural gas in areas not covered by the date, in cases that are technically possible and economically feasible. Prioritizing the expansions of natural gas networks in the provinces that currently do not have the system.

(c) A regional differential price for residential consumption of LPG in garrafas of 10 kg., 12 kg. and 15 kg., throughout the territory of the provinces of Corrientes, Chaco, Formosa and Misiones, and north of the province of Santa Fe (from Provincial Route No. 98 Reconquista-Tostado to the North), until this region accesses natural gas networks.
