ARTICLE 1 Transfer free of charge to the Municipality of Santa Sylvina . Province of the Chaco, the property of the National State, identified as CIRCUNSCRIPTION − I, SECCION A, Departamento Fray Santa María de Oro, Provincia del Chaco, Surface: SESENTA Y NUEVE MIL OCHOCIENTOS SESENTA AND CUATRO METROS (69,864.00 m).

ARTICLE 2 The transfer provided for in the preceding article is carried out with the charge that the beneficiary would give it to the new building for the operation of the Polymodal Education College No. 18 (Federal School Plan), Amphitheater, Plazoleta, Polideportivo and Plaza Pública.

Article 3 The Executive Power shall take the appropriate measures for the purpose of concluding the respective transfer at the end of SESENTA (60) days after the entry into force of this law.
