STATUS OF SPANISH STANDARDS

TO THE PROVINCIA OF MENDOZA

ARTICLE 1 Restore to the province of Mendoza the Spanish flags .trofeos of war corresponding to the period of the Argentine emancipation,, that they were donated to him by General Don José de San Martín in the year 1821 and then placed at the disposal of the National Historical Museum for the purposes of its conservation under the Act signed between the National Executive Power and the province of Mendoza on May 15, 1893.

ARTICLE 2 The restitution provided for in this Act shall not give rise to any economic claim between the parties for the erogations that have been carried out during the time when such standards were in the custody of the national State or under any other concept.

Article 3 The Nation and the province of Mendoza shall hold the relevant record of restitution of the flags within the VEINTE (20) days after the publication of the present in the Official Gazette.
