Law:

ARTICLE 1 Transfer free of charge in favor of the Municipality of Los Conquistadores, Department Federation, province of Entre Ríos, the domain of the property owned by the National State .except the zone of tracks and the building of the Station,, respecting the conventions of previous use, included between the streets: to the South Boulevard José Urdapilleta (No 26), to the North Juan Inchauspe (No 27), to the East Avenida Justo José de Urquiza Ramírez and to the 2nd Avenue.

ARTICLE 2 The transfer provided for in the preceding article is carried out by the beneficiary of the property to the construction of public offices, housing and a recreational park.

Article 3 The costs required by this law shall be borne by the beneficiary.

ARTICLE 4 Prior to the granting of the relevant deed, the beneficiary must take charge of carrying out at its cost, the mesh and subdivision of the property identified in Article 1 and its registration in the competent agency.

ARTICLE 5o The Executive Power shall take the appropriate measures for the purpose of concluding the respective transfers within sixty days of the entry into force of this Act.
