ARTICLE 1 Replace article 2 of Act No. 24,636 with the following:

Article 2o.- This monument will be erected in the space delimited by Av. Del Libertador, F.F.C. Mitre, Freyre Street and F.F.C.C. Trails. San Martín, from the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

Its realization will be recommended to sculptors and plastic artists, calling themselves to national and international competition through the national executive branch, through the Ministry of Culture of the Presidency of the Nation, who will dictate the relevant rules, constituting a jury to that end.
