Law:

ARTICLE 1 Replace article 20 of Act No. 24,193, which shall read as follows:

Article 20: Channels empowered to receptive the expressions of will provided for in Article 19 of persons capable of DIECIOCHO (18) are the following:

(a) Unique National Central Institute for Abolition and Implant (Incucai);

(b) National Register of Persons (Renaper);

(c) Civil State Records and Capacity of Persons;

(d) Jurisdictional health authorities, through jurisdictional agencies and public and private care facilities, are empowered to that end;

(e) Federal Police;

(f) Official post of the Argentine Republic Sociedad Anónima.

The manifestations of those persons who, in the light of any proceedings before the National Register of Persons (Renaper) or Registry of the Civil State and Capacity of Persons, wish to express it, shall be recepted by the officials designated by the above-mentioned agencies for this purpose and established in the national identity document of the declarant.

The institutions referred to in subparagraphs (b), (c), (d) and (e) should immediately notify the Unique National Central Institute for the Coordination of Ablation and Implant (Incucai) of the manifestations of will received for the purpose of the implementation of article 44 (n).

El Correo Oficial de la República Argentina Sociedad Anónima, at the request of any citizen capable of DIECIOCHO (18) years, will issue a free telegram to the Instituto Nacional Central Unico Coordinador de Ablación e Implante (Incucai), in which the sender's refusal to donate his organs and tissues for after his death.

Demonstrations of will before any of the above-mentioned agencies may have no cost to the declarant.

Regulation may establish other forms and modalities that facilitate expressions of will.
