ARTICLE 1 As regards the debts of the National Treasury, those accrued as at 31 December 2006 in respect of accession and contribution quotas to international agencies up to the amount of SESENTA MILLONES SESCIENTY SESENT PESOS ($60,000.000), the amount falling within the meaning of Article 2 (f) of Law 25.152 and its amendments.

The National Accounts, under the Under-Secretary for Budget of the Ministry of Finance of the Ministry of Economics and Production, shall register it in accordance with the Agency ' s detail to be provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship.

ARTICLE 2 Please refer to the Ministry of Economics and Production with the assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship to begin negotiations with the international agencies involved in order to obtain deductions on the total amount of the debt contained in the preceding article and/or agree on a medium-term payment facility plan.

Article 3 The Ministry of Economy and Production will incorporate into the fiscal year 2008 and in the subsequent amounts necessary to meet the amounts resulting from the negotiations referred to in the previous article, in paragraph 7 - Public Debt Service and Decrease of Other Offenders of Jurisdiction 91 - Treasury Obligations.
