In use of the powers conferred by article 5to. of the Statute for the National Reorganization Process,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA SANCIONA NATION AND PROMULGA WITH FORCE OF LEY:

ARTICLE 1 Please describe the texts contained in laws, decrees, statutes or rules of any institutional origin, which empower the Economic General Confederation and the General Confederation of Labour to propose the appointment of members of the governing bodies of entities belonging to the centralized or decentralized civil service and of companies in which the State has absolute ownership, majority of share capital, administer or control.

ARTICLE 2 The positions of the governing bodies of entities belonging to the centralized or decentralized civil service, for the Economic General Confederation and the General Confederation of Labour for the texts derogated, shall be directly covered by the National Executive.

ARTICLE 3 The National Enterprise Corporation will carry out the necessary procedures to remove from the directories of companies with legal structure of anonymous society in which the State has absolute ownership, majority of share capital, administer or control, the representation of the Economic General Confederation and the General Confederation of Labour.

ARTICLE 4 Contact, register, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
