TO THE EXCELLENTISM, THE PRESIDENT OF THE NATION.

I have the honour to extend to the consideration of His Excellency Mr. President a bill that provides for the donation of two (2) pure blood cells of race to the Government of the Republic of Paraguay, for its Army.

This donation has an important symbolic value as a sign of a favorable feeling of our armed forces .pues emphasizes that the proposal is of the Army Chief Command, U4 .24635/20. file and will help to maintain and strengthen the one that reciprocally has those of the sister Republic.

Already the Command and General Directorate of Remonta and Veterinary has foreseen the selection of the specimens, among those hosted in the haras "General Lavalle".

In use of the powers conferred by Article 5 of the Statute of the Argentine Revolution;

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA SANCIONA NATION AND PROMULGA WITH FORCE OF LEY:

ARTICLE 1 The Executive Power will proceed to donate to the Government of the Republic of Paraguay, for its Army, two (2) pure race blood cells, whose value is $10,000,- (DIEZ MIL PESOS).

ARTICLE 2 The Commander-in-Chief of the Army shall take the necessary measures, in order to specify the donation of reference and to unsubscribe the horses mentioned in Article 1 of the Army.

Article 3 Communicate, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
