ARTICLE 1 Deplore the national historical place on Avenida Regimiento 13, corner street Balcarce of the city of Toay, province of La Pampa, where the home of the poet Olga OROZCO is erected; property of the municipality of that city, which obtained it for donation that the aforementioned writer made together with the acquis of his private library and other personal objects. Unbeatable where the "Casa de la Cultura" currently works.
