Law:

ARTICLE 1o ). Trust in the field of the Ministry of Culture of the Presidency of the Nation, the Yrigoyenean National Institute, denomination and dependence under which the Yrigoyenean Institute Civil Association (Legal Staff No. C-963 ). Resolution of the General Inspectorate of Justice of the former Ministry of Justice No. 000007 dated 6 January 1986). ARTICLE 2o . Note as the primary purpose of the Yrigoyenean National Institute research, teaching, exaltation, study, weighting, promotion and dissemination of the personality of Dr. Hipólito Yrigoyen and his work. ARTICLE 3or : Look at the Yrigoyenean National Institute competition:

(a) Historic, critical, philosophical, social, legal and political research and studies related to the public and private action of Dr. Hipólito Yrigoyen and his time.

(b) The diffusion of popular knowledge of the life, personality and ideology of Dr. Hipólito Yrigoyen, to which end, the Institute will make publications, organize cultural events, seminars, congresses, academic and research sessions, both at its headquarters and in educational, civil, military and cultural centres of the country.

(c) Collaboration with national, provincial and municipal authorities and with official and private educational institutions, to teach the basic objectives that should guide teaching for the best use and understanding of the work and thought of Dr. Hipólito Yrigoyen, as well as advice on historical fidelity in everything related to the personality of the Procer.

(d) The formation of museums, archives and documentary records, biographical, bibliographical, iconographical, numismatic, philatelic, etc., as well as the realization of literary, historical, musical courses, etc., referring to the work of Dr. Hipólito Yrigoyen, can deliver distinctions within and outside the country.

(e) Cooperation with authorities, institutions and individuals regarding the historical context and the preservation and security of the establishments, buildings, historical sites, works of art and other elements rescued or recovered in the future linked to the life and work of Dr. Hipólito Yrigoyen.

(f) The study and registration of toponymy and other denominations related to Dr. Hipólito Yrigoyen, as well as everything related to effigy, distinctive and emblems.

(g) The performance as the concentration area of the existing documentary material in the country and abroad linked to the life, work and idea of Dr. Hipólito Yrigoyen works at the same time as a data bank, graphic archive, library, hemeroteca, cinema, video library and museum.

(h) Conduct of studies, research, courses, conferences, seminars, publications, etc., on the public and private action of the said.

ARTICLE 4o . Note as the responsibility of the Yrigoyenean National Institute for the conduct of the official acts of homage to Dr. Hipólito Yrigoyen, on the following days of each year: July 3, anniversary of his death; July 12, anniversary of his birth and October 12, anniversary of his DOS (2) assumptions as President of the Nation. It may also schedule other activities in commemoration of various ephemeris linked to the civic performance of the procer. ARTICLE 5o . When acts are carried out by individuals, private institutions, authorities, public, national, provincial or municipal divisions that require financial or other support from the official sphere for their implementation, it will be essential to request the prior advice of the Yrigoyenean National Institute, which will also have the necessary intervention in events organized by or with the participation of the national State. ARTICLE 6o El The Yrigoyenean National Institute, will be ruled with autarchy.

To this end, its heritage will be formed with the following resources:

(a) The contributions of its members.

(b) The goods acquired and their fruits.

(c) Contributions, donations, legacies, inheritances, etc., you receive.

(d) Funds from conventions and/or agreements with national or international institutions, both public and private, held by the Institute.

(e) Contributions from the national State that may be established in the general budget.

ARTICLE 7o . Constituense el Instituto Nacional Yrigoyeneano, con un Cuerpo Académico composed of SESENTA (60) Members of Number, who must be historians and/or researchers specialized in the life and work of Dr. Hipólito Yrigoyen, and of those who at least QUINCE (15) must be representative of the provinces. The first integration of the Members of Number is attached to this Act as Annex I and is of the provisional nature until compliance with article 24 of the present. The Internal Regulations shall set the obligations and rights of Members of Number. It also recognizes the status of Honorary Members, whose payroll at the time of the sanction of this Act is integrated as detailed in Annex II. The rights and obligations of the Honorary Members shall be set forth in the Internal Regulations to be issued by the Assembly. It may create other categories with the affirmative vote of the THIRD DOS (2/3) of its members present in the Assembly convened for that purpose. ARTICLE 8o . When a vacancy occurs in the Academic Corps, the new Member of Number shall be appointed on the proposal of THREE (3) members and accepted by the vote of TWO THIRD (2/3) of those present in the Assembly convened for that purpose. The same applies for the appointment of a Member of Honor. ARTICLE 9o El The Yrigoyenean National Institute will be led, represented and administered by UN (1) Board of Directors composed of President, Vice-President, Secretary-General, Secretary of Acts, Treasurer, Pro-Tesorero, SEIS (6) Vocales Titulares and DOS (2) Extraordinary Vocals. ARTICLE 10... El The mandate of the members of the Honorable Board of Directors will last three years, will be elected by the Assembly of the Members of Number, being able to be reelected again indefinitely. ARTICLE 11... El The Honorable Board of Directors will be responsible for the drafting of the internal regulations to be approved by the Assembly of Members of Number. ARTICLE 12... El The President of the Yrigoyenean National Institute will be appointed by the national executive branch on the proposal of the Ministry of Culture of the Presidency of the Nation. Such a proposal will emerge from UNA (1) tena originating from the election which, by a simple majority, will be made by the Assembly of the Members of Number. ARTICLE 13... : Note the role of the President of the Yrigoyenean National Institute:

(a) To represent the Institute in all public, private and official acts.

(b) To convene and chair all meetings and assemblies in all cases with the right to vote that is doubled in the event of a tie.

(c) Ensure compliance with and implementation of the resolutions of the Honorable Board of Directors.

(d) To resolve for itself all those matters of common procedure and those of an urgent nature, having to inform the Honorable Board of Directors on the first occasion.

(e) To exercise control over all publications carried out by the Institution.

(f) To subscribe records, books and accounting and communications documents and orders of any kind, either by itself or together with the Secretary-General, the Treasurer or the staff member concerned.

ARTICLE 14... . The Secretary-General and the Treasurer shall serve the President of the Institute in his functions, for which the Secretariat and Patrimonial Administration of the Institute shall have direct orders and responsibility, respectively. ARTICLE 15... Las The Assemblies of the Members of Number will be Ordinary and Extraordinary. Both will meet in the day, time and place to determine the Honorable Board of Directors and will be convened with TEN (10) days in advance to circulate to its members, with the Order of the Day to be treated. ARTICLE 16... La The Ordinary Assembly will be held annually within the CIENTO VEINTE (120) days of the end of the year, which will be operated on 30 June each year to:

(a) Consider, approve or modify the report, the General Balance, the Inventory, the Expenditure and Resources Account, the Report of the Control Body and the Views of the Accounting Professional.

(b) To elect, as appropriate, the members of the Honorable Board of Directors and the Control Body, holders and alternates.

(c) Treat any other matter included in the Agenda.

(d) To elect, as appropriate, UNA (1) shall be within the Members of Number to be elevated to the Ministry of Culture of the Presidency of the Nation, proposing candidates to the President of the Body.

ARTICLE 17. . With TEN (10) days in anticipation of the convening of the Ordinary Assembly, you will have to consider the Members of Number, Memory, General Balance, Inventory, Expenditure and Resources Account and report of the Control Body. In the Assemblies, no other items may be addressed than those included in the Agenda. ARTICLE 18... Las The Assemblies will be held validly, regardless of the number of concurrent members, half an hour after the call, if the absolute majority of its members had not been met, the Assembly will be held in second call, with the members present. They shall be presided over by the President of the Institute, or by whom the Assembly designates a plurality of votes. Whoever presides over the Assembly will only have the right to vote in the event of a tie. ARTICLE 19... Las The resolutions of the Assemblies shall be adopted by a majority of the votes cast. No Member of Number may have more than one (1) vote and the Members of the Honorable Board of Directors and the Control Body may not vote on matters related to their management. ARTICLE 20... Las The Extraordinary Assemblies shall be made when the Honorable Board of Directors convenes them, either by itself or at the request of the Control Body, or at the written request of half of the Members of Number, which shall express in writing the reason and points to be considered. ARTICLE 21... . There will be UN (1) Control body composed of UN (1) President, THREE (3) Vocals and DOS (2) Extra Vocals, whose mandates will last for CUATRO (4) years. To integrate such an Organization shall be required to be a Member of Number and its election shall be made in the Ordinary Assembly. ARTICLE 22... El The Control Body will have the following powers and duties:

(a) Examine the books and documents of the Institution, at least every THREE (3) months.

(b) To attend the meetings of the Honorable Board of Directors with a voice when it deems appropriate.

(c) Fiscalize the administration, frequently checking the state of the box and the existence of the titles and values of all species.

(d) Dictamine on Memory, Inventory, Balance and Account of Profit and Loss, presented by the Honorable Board of Directors.

(e) To convene the Ordinary General Assembly, when the governing body fails to do so.

(f) Request the convening of the Extraordinary General Assembly when it deems it necessary, putting the background behind their request in the knowledge of the Ministry of Culture of the Presidency of the Nation, when they are denied the Honorable Board of Directors.

(g) If any, monitor the operations of the liquidation of the Institute and the fate of the assets. Once you pay the debts, the remnant of the assets that make up the patrimony must go to another exempt entity recognized by the Federal Public Income Administration, dependent on the Ministry of Economy and Production, or to the power of the Nation, provinces or municipalities.

ARTICLE 23... . To session, the Control Body will need the presence of at least DOS (2) of its members, a number that will be a majority to adopt resolutions. If for any reason it is reduced to less than DOS (2) members, once the alternates have been incorporated, the Honorable Board of Directors shall convene within the QUINCE (15) days to Assembly for integration until the termination of the assignor's mandate.
