ARTICLE 1 The manufacturers and/or importers of video games must place in the containers in which they commercialize those products the legend: "The overexposure is harmful to health". It should also include the "Apta para todo público", "Apta para mayores de 13 años" and "Apta para mayores de 18 años" as appropriate. In the case of the exhibition and/or use of video games with access to the public, the legend and the rating must be displayed before the beginning of the game.

ARTICLE 2 Jurisdictions that enable locals for the sale, rental and/or use of video games are invited to demand the display of the legend and warning about the qualification of video games, instead and visible format, and to establish penalties for those who violate this obligation.

Article 3 The Secretariat for the Defence of Competition, Deregulation and Consumer Defence shall be the authority for the implementation of this law.

ARTICLE 4 The National Council for Children, Adolescents and the Family, in coordination with the National Institute for Cinematography and Visual Arts, will be responsible for the qualification required in Article 1.

ARTICLE 5o Offenders to the provisions of article 1 of this Act shall be punished by a fine not less than two hundred (200) times the value of the video game, which shall be doubled against repeated infractions.

ARTICLE 6 The total amount collected under this Act shall be assigned by the authority to conduct public warning campaigns on the provisions of article 1 of this Act.

ARTICLE 7 This law shall be regulated within 90 days of publication in the Official Gazette.
