The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Replace article 20 of Act No. 11.723 with the following:

Article 20: Except for special conventions, the collaborators in a film work have equal rights, considering themselves to the author of the argument, to the producer and to the director of the film.

When it comes to a musical film work, in which a composer has collaborated, it has equal rights as the author of the argument, the producer and the director of the film.
