CONMEMORATIONS Law 25.844 Establish on 13 November "National Thought Day", in homage to the birth of writer and thinker Arturo Martín Jauretche. Sanctioned: November 26, 2003. Promulgated: December 29, 2003.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 On November 13, "Día del Pensamiento Nacional", in homage to the birth of the writer and thinker D. Arturo Martín JAURETCHE. ARTICLE 2 The activities related to the provisions of article 1 should be described in national interest. ARTICLE 3 Requiring from the Federal Council of Education the incorporation of all topics related to the life and work of the writer in the common basic contents of the EGB and Polimodal. ARTICLE 4 Invite the provinces, the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and the municipalities to adhere to the proposals of this law. ARTICLE 5o Contact the Executive.
