TRIBUTARY CRIMINAL REGIME Law 25.874 Replace Article 15 of Law No. 24.769. Sanctioned: December 17 of 2003 promulgated: January 19, 2004

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Replace article 15 of Act No. 24,769 with the following:

Article 15. The one you know:

(a) Dictaminere, informare, diere fe, authorize or certify legal acts, balances, accounting states or documentation to facilitate the commission of the offences provided for in this law, shall be liable, in addition to the penalties for their criminal participation in the act, to the penalty of special disqualification for twice the time of conviction.

(b) Concurs with two or more persons for the commission of any of the offences established in this law, it will be repressed with a minimum of CUATRO (4) years in prison.

(c) Be part of an organization or association composed of three or more persons who are usually destined to commit any of the offences established in this law, will be repressed with imprisonment of THREE (3) years and SEIS (6) months at TEN (10) years. If it turns out to be chief or organizer, the minimum penalty will be raised to CINCO (5) years in prison. .
