The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Explain the payment of import duties, statistical rate, the tax on added value and the perception of the tax on profits, applicable to the import of three catalysts by the Neuquén Engineering Services Company S.E., to be used in the Heavy Water Industrial Plant (PIAP), of Arroyito in the province of Neuquén. These catalysts belong to the tariff position NCM 3815.19.00 and respond to the following technical specifications:

1. Ammonia synthesis catalyst. - Type KM1, Not Reduced - Brand: Haldor Topsoe.

2. Ammonia synthesis catalyst. - Type KM1 R, Reduced - Brand: Haldor Topsoe.

3. Ammonia cracker. - DNK2R type. Pre-reduced - Brand: Haldor Topsoe.
