The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Transfer free of charge to the municipality of Puerto Madryn, province of Chubut, the domain of the property owned by the national State, designated as: plot 7, massif 8, sector 10, circumscription 1, ejido 28, domain registration: volume 255, folio 248, finca 49.261 (in greater extent).

ARTICLE 2 The transferable property provided for in article 1 shall be used for the operation of a peripheral health centre in the municipality.

ARTICLE 3 The expenses required by this transfer will be charged by the Municipality of Puerto Madryn.
