ARTICLE 1 A federal court of first instance with a seat in the city of General Pico, province of La Pampa, will operate with DOS (2) secretaries, one with competence in criminal and correctional matters and the other in civil, commercial, labor, tax, social security and administrative content, respectively. ARTICLE 2 The court established by article 1 will have territorial jurisdiction in the departments of Maracó, Chapaleufú, Realicó, Rancul, Trenel, Quemú Quemú, Conhelo, Loventué, Chalileo and Chicalcó of the province of La Pampa. Article 3 Believe UNA (1) first instance prosecution and UNA (1) official public defender, who shall act before the federal court of first instance established by this law. ARTICLE 4 Modify the territorial jurisdiction of the Federal Court of La Pampa, which shall be excluded from the departments specified in article 2 of this Act. ARTICLE 5o The Federal Court of La Pampa shall refer to the court established by this law the cases in which it is proceeded according to the established territorial jurisdiction, with the exception of the criminal cases and of which it is in judgement. ARTICLE 6 The Federal White Bay Appeals Chamber shall be the court of the High Court established under this law. ARTICLE 7 The charges of judges, court clerks, prosecutor of first instance, official public defender and officials and employees detailed in annex I are part of this Act. ARTICLE 8 This law shall be implemented once the necessary budgetary provision is made for the attention of the expenditure required by its object, which shall be charged to the budgets of the Judiciary of the Nation, the Public Prosecutor ' s Office and the Public Ministry of Defence.Judges, officials and employees who are appointed in the posts established shall only take possession of them when the above-mentioned financial condition is given.
