ARTICLE 1 Amend article 1 of Law 23.891, which shall read as follows:Article 1: By virtue of having achieved Olympic or Paralympic titles that remain in world history, for the glory of Argentine sport, those who have obtained or obtain the first, second or third place (medal of gold, silver or bronze) are considered masters of sport from the start of this law.
ARTICLE 2 Amend article 2 of Law 23.891, which shall read as follows:Article 2: Persons who obtain Olympic or Paralympic titles may be summoned by State agencies that require their collaboration in advising and promoting amateur sport. They may also be requested at clubs and colleges to give talks and lectures on the importance of sport and/or any other subject related to it.
ARTICLE 3 Amend article 4 of Law 23.891, which shall read as follows:Article 4: Pensions established in this Act may be received in the case of Olympic athletes when the beneficiary reaches the age of 50. For paralyzed athletes when the beneficiary reaches the age of 40 years.
ARTICLE 4 Expenditures for compliance with this Act shall be met in accordance with article 8 of Law 23.891. ARTICLE 5° The national executive branch shall regulate this law within sixty days of its promulgation.
