ARTICLE 1 Créase a federal court of first instance with seat in the city of Villa María, province of Córdoba. ARTICLE 2 The federal court of Villa María will operate with two (2) secretariats: one with competence in criminal and correctional matters, and the other with competence in civil, commercial and administrative matters, respectively. ARTICLE 3 The court established by article 1 will have territorial jurisdiction over the departments of San Martín, Tercero Arriba and Río Segundo and on the pedanía de Carnerillo of the department of Juárez Celman, province of Córdoba. ARTICLE 4 The electoral competition of the province of Córdoba will remain assigned to the Federal Court of First Instance No. 1 of the city of Córdoba. ARTICLE 5° A (1) first-instance prosecution and one (1) official first-instance public defender shall act before the federal court which is established by this law. ARTICLE 6 Refer to the positions of judges, officials and employees referred to in the attached annex and which are part of this Act. ARTICLE 7 Once the court is established, the pending cases shall be referred to it in accordance with the territorial jurisdiction assigned to it by this law. ARTICLE 8 The Federal Court of Appeal of Cordoba, with a seat in the city of Cordoba, will be a court of the federal court that is established by this law. ARTICLE 9 This law shall apply once the corresponding budgetary provision is made for the attention of the expenditure required by its object and shall be charged to the budget of the Judiciary of the Nation. ARTICLE 10. The judge and the staff and employees who are appointed in the posts created shall only take possession of the same when the financial condition referred to in the preceding article is given. ARTICLE 11. The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, in the exercise of its functions, shall provide for the installation and operation of the created court. ARTICLE 12.
